    Points for whole recipe is 5 points.... the only thing you need to count is the cream cheese... so the no. of points used would vary on how much you used. We use this as a dip with crackers or other veggies or as a spread on bread.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 8oz pkg. fat free cream cheese, softened
    • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    • 1 or 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce (use one.. taste and add more


    Instructions


    1. Mix softened cream cheese, spinach and soy sauce together until blended.
