    Sweet and Sour Meatballs

    Recipe Introduction


    We cook these and serve them with toothpicks as an appetizer or over rice or pasta as an entree.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package frozen Italian style meatballs
    • 2 jars chili sauce
    • 1 jar grape jelly


    Instructions


    1. In crockpot, place meatballs, chili sauce and jelly.
    2. After it has heated long enough to melt jelly, stir to combine jelly and chili sauce and to coat meatballs.
    3. Continue stirring occasionally to coat meatballs and keep sauce mixed.
    4. When hot serve in crockpot with toothpicks.
    5. Or serve over cooked rice or pasta. If as an entree, serve 8 small meatballs per person.

    6. Cook on low heat for at least 4 hours or high heat for at least 2 hours. If on high, lower heat after it comes to a boil.
