    1/3 bag of hashbrowns or amount of no. of people serving

    steakums or sausage or bacon or groundbeef any meat you want

    eggs (1 per person)

    sharp cheddar cheese or cheddar/colbyjack or mozarella or whatever cheese you what to taste

    Ranch dressing

    Recipe



    Saute hasbrowns in skillet

    Cook meat

    Scramble 1 egg per person

    Add cheese

    Add ranch dressing to moisten.

    Mix together in a bowl.
