    List of Ingredients




    1 8oz package of fettucine
    1 bunch asparagus
    2 slices of deli ham per person
    cream of aspargus soup ( 1 can if for 2 people, 2 cans if for more)
    Parmesan cheese (3/4 c.)
    Splash of red wine vinegar
    onions
    mushrooms

    Recipe



    Cook pasta 10 minutes in boiling water.
    Add asparagus for last 5 minutes (or cook separately for 5 minutes)
    In skillet saute chopped onions and sliced mushrooms.
    Near end add chopped ham, long enough to heat.
    In saucepan, put soup.
    Heat.
    Add vinegar and stir.
    Just before serving add parmesan cheese and stir in.

    Put pasta on plate.
    Top with aspargus spears.
    Spoon ham, onion, mushroom mixture over this.
    Pour Parmesan Soup mixture over everything.
