SPINACH DIP
List of Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Squeeze the spinach until dry.
- In medium bowl, stir together the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts, green onions. Blend well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with crackers or chips.
