    SPINACH DIP


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
    • 1 c. mayonnaise
    • 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
    • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, finely chopped
    • 3 green onions, finely chopped


    Instructions


    1. Squeeze the spinach until dry.
    2. In medium bowl, stir together the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts, green onions. Blend well.
    3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
    4. Serve with crackers or chips.
