CHOPSTICK TUNA
List of Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1 cup diced celery
1 (7 oz.) can white tuna
1/4 cup onion, chopped
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic salt
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1/2 cup salted Cashew nuts (or slivered Almonds)
1 (3 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained (optional)
Recipe
Combine the soup and water; stir well.
Add all remaining ingredients except oranges; stir lightly.
Add half of the chow mein noodles; toss lightly.
Place in a lightly greased 9 inch casserole pan; sprinkle with reserved noodles.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Garnish with oranges for serving.
Makes 6 - 8 servings.
To Make 15 servings just double the recipe. Use a 9 x 13 greased casserole dish.
