• 2 cups flour
  
• 1/4 cup sugar
  
• 2 tsp baking powder
  
• 1 tsp baking soda
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1/2 cup honey
  
• 1/2 cup orange juice
  
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
  
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
  






Instructions



1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
   
   
2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add honey, orange juice, butter and vanilla; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
   
   
3. Fill 12 greased muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 375 degrees (F) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.
   
   Makes 12 muffins.
