Spicy Oatmeal Cookies

List of Ingredients



• 1 pkg. spice cake mix
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 cup quick-cooking oats (not instant or old-fashioned)
  
• 1/2 cup oil
  
• 1/2 cup raisins (or chocolate chips, or M&M's)
  






Instructions



1. Heat oven to 350 degrees (F). Grease baking sheets or use parchment paper.
   
   
2. Combine cake mix, eggs, oats, oil and raisins (or chips or M&M's) in a large bowl. Mix on low speed of electric mixer until blended.
   
   
3. Drop dough from rounded teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 9 minutes. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack.
   
   Makes 4 dozen cookies.
