    Recipe




    1. Cut out paper hearts of different sizes (you can get a parent's help with this, if you need it).

    2. Make animals from these heart shapes. A bunny can be made from 3 hearts. One heart (upside down) is the body. Another upside-down heart makes the face. One heart (right side up) is the ears. A small heart-shaped sticker makes the nose. Add eyes and whiskers with trim items.

    3. Get creative. See how many different animals you can create from this simple shape. These can be made into Valentine's Day cards by writing captions: "Have a Hoppy Valentine's Day" would work for the bunny.

    You might send these creatures to other family members. You could take them to a nursing home or a hospital.
