    Breaded Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pork chops
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 cups bread crumbs
    • 1/2-inch of oil


    Instructions


    1. Wash pork chops and pat dry. Pound with tenderizer hammer.

    2. Beat eggs with fork and add 1/2 cup of water. Dip chops in egg mixture and shake off excess, then put them in bread crumbs in a shaker bag.

    3. Heat oil in large skillet until hot, and slowly put chops in, frying on each side for 15 to 20 minutes or so, until golden brown.

      Serve with mashed potatoes and applesauce.
