Easy Short Ribs

List of Ingredients
- 3 lbs. beef short ribs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 cup catsup
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a soup pot, brown the ribs on all sides over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 1 hour; drain.
- In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over the ribs. Cover and cook for 1-1/2 hours, or until the beef is tender, stirring occasionally.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
