Southwestern Chicken

List of Ingredients



• 1 boneless chicken breast
  
• 1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
  
• 1/2 cup salsa
  
• 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce or salsa con queso
  
• 1 tsp sour cream (optional)
  
• 1/2 tsp chopped green onion tops (optional)
  






Instructions



1. Sprinkle chicken with taco seasoning mix, then broil or grill until done.
   
   
2. Put salsa on plate, then set chicken on top. Heat cheese sauce in microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until bubbly. Pour over chicken. Top with sour cream and green onions, if desired.
   
   Makes 1 serving.
