Swiss Chicken Cutlets

List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Four 4-ounce chicken cutlets (1/2-inch thick)
- 2 thin slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except chicken and cheese, in a 9x13-inch pan.
- Place chicken in pan, cover with foil, and cook for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees (F).
- Remove foil and top with one slice of cheese before serving.
