    Swiss Chicken Cutlets

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp flour
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
    • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
    • 1/4 cup dry white wine or reduced-sodium chicken broth
    • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
    • Four 4-ounce chicken cutlets (1/2-inch thick)
    • 2 thin slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken and cheese, in a 9x13-inch pan.

    2. Place chicken in pan, cover with foil, and cook for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees (F).

    3. Remove foil and top with one slice of cheese before serving.
