    1 cup butter
    3 cups sugar
    3 cups flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1---8 ounce cream cheese softened
    6 eggs
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    6 ounces coconut
    1 teaspoon coconut extract

    Recipe



    Mix together and pour batter int a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.

    Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.

    Cool 10-15 minutes before removing from pan.
