    Taiwan Noodles with Pork

    List of Ingredients




    1 400g pkg. medium size rice noodles
    1 tablespoon (15mL) vegetable oil
    6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    ½ pound (250g) ground pork
    1 cup (250mL) VH® Asian 5 Spice Sauce
    2 cups (500mL) fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 cups (500mL) bean sprouts

    Recipe



    Soak noodles as recommended on the package in boiling water, then drain, do not overcook.
    In a wok or large frypan, add vegetable oil, heat, add garlic and pork. Cook until the meat is no longer pink. Add VH® Asian 5 Spice Sauce, mushrooms and onion and cook 2-3 minutes.
    Add noodles and toss well. Add bean sprouts and toss again. Place on a large platter and serve.
