    Stuffed Mushrooms

    Serves 8-9 people at 2 peices per serving. Oven temperature 400 degrees for 15 minutes.


    List of Ingredients


    • 16 to 18 large mushrooms
    • 8 oz. cream cheese
    • 1 lb. sausage
    • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 cup onions,chopped
    • Dash of pepper
    • Shredded Cheddar


    Instructions


    1. Remove stems from mushrooms and butter the outside of the tops.
    2. Brown sausage and onions; drain well.
    3. Add softened cream cheese and seasonings.
    4. Stuff caps and sprinkle tops with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    5. Bake caop side down at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
