    NOTE: Two items that you must be made aware of:
    1. The use of a bundt baking pan is absolutely
    imperative.
    2. Hard salami or capicola (gubbagole) are 2
    excellent substitutes for the pepperoni.

    1/2 pound pepperoni (you can use the turkey pepperoni)
    6 tablespoons margarine
    Oregano, garlic powder and parsley
    1/2 cup minced onion
    4 cans buttermilk biscuits
    1/4 cup coarsley ground black pepper
    1-8oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
    1-8oz pkg shredded mozzarella cheese


    Recipe



    Melt butter in bundt pan. Sprinkle oregano, parsley, garlic, black pepper and only 1/2 of the onion into the margarine. Coat the rest of the bundt pan with this mixture. Cut each biscuit into quarters (fourths). Layer approx. half of the biscuit pieces into the pan. Layer half of pepperoni, cheese, and remaining onion over the biscuits. Repeat with remaining biscuits, pepperoni and cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the bundt pan.

    Can be reheated in microwave oven or wrapped in foil and reheated in oven.
