Fruit Cocktail Cake

This cake is very rich but oh so delicious! :)
List of Ingredients
- 1 large can of fruit cocktail (drain and save juice)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Frosting:
- 1 large can Pet milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Box of coconut
Instructions
- Mix sugar and eggs and set aside.
- Mix the next 5 ingredients and add the juice of the fruit cocktail. Mix wel then add sugar and egg mixture. Last, add fruit cocktail, stir in well with spatula. Spread in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or longer.
- Frosting:
- Cook first 4 ingredients until thick then add box of coconut. Spread on cooled cake.
