    Artichoke Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
    • 2 tsp chopped mild green chilies (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Combine chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan

    2. cheese, onion and green chilies; spread into

    3. container. Cover.

    4. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until hot.

    5. Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
