Baked Vidalia Onion Dip

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups (8 oz.) finely shredded cheese (Swiss)
- 2 cups Vidalia onions or sweet white onions
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 T. Parmesan cheese
- 2 T. chopped red pepper
- 2 T chopped green pepper (may be omitted, this gives it color)
Instructions
- Combine cheese, onion, peppers and mayonnaise in
- medium bowl. Stir well until mixed.
- Spoon mixture lightly into lightly greased 1 quart
- baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 40-45 minutes
- at 325 degrees. Garnish with cayenne pepper.
- Serve hot or cold with crackers or French bread cubes.
