    Baked Vidalia Onion Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups (8 oz.) finely shredded cheese (Swiss)
    • 2 cups Vidalia onions or sweet white onions
    • 2 cups mayonnaise
    • 3 T. Parmesan cheese
    • 2 T. chopped red pepper
    • 2 T chopped green pepper (may be omitted, this gives it color)


    Instructions


    1. Combine cheese, onion, peppers and mayonnaise in

    2. medium bowl. Stir well until mixed.

    3. Spoon mixture lightly into lightly greased 1 quart

    4. baking dish.

    5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 40-45 minutes

    6. at 325 degrees. Garnish with cayenne pepper.

    7. Serve hot or cold with crackers or French bread cubes.
