    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lg. Bob Evans Hot Sausage
    • 5 green onions, chopped and divided in half
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup mayo
    • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese- grated
    • 1/4 jar (2 oz. size) pimento, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Brown sausage and crumble- drain.
    2. Add remaining ingredients except for 1 green onion.
    3. Pour into baking dish and bake
    4. at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
    5. Garnish with green onion.
    6. Serve with crackers.
