List of Ingredients



• 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  
• 1/2 cup sour cream
  
• 2 tsp chili powder
  
• 1 T cumin
  
• 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  
• 1/2 cup salsa
  
• 2 cups (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese
  
• 2 cups (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
  
• 1 cup diced tomatoes
  
• 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  
• 2/3 cup sliced green onions
  






Instructions



1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder,
   
   
2. cumin and red pepper in a large bowl.
   
   
3. Stir in salsa and 1/2 of remaining ingredients.
   
   
4. Stir well and spread in a serving dish lined with
   
   
5. lettuce leaves (optional).
   
   
6. Top with remaining cheeses, tomatoes, green
   
   
7. onions, and olives.
   
   
8. Serve with tortilla chips.
