    Pull- Apart Bacon Bread

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 bacon strips, diced
    • 1 loaf (1 pound) frozen bread dough, thawed
    • 2 T. olive or veg. oil, divided
    • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 envelope (1oz) ranch salad dressing mix.


    Instructions


    1. In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes

    2. or until partially cooked.

    3. Drain on papwer towels.

    4. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness

    5. Brush with 1 T. oil

    6. Cut into 1 inch pieces; place in large bowl.

    7. Add bacon, cheese, dressing mix and remaining oil,

    8. toss to coat.

    9. Arrange pieces in a 9x5 inch oval ungreased baking

    10. sheet.

    11. Layering as needed.

    12. Cover and let rise in warm place for 30 minutes or

    13. until doubled.

    14. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

    15. Cover with foil; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until

    16. golden brown.
