Cherry Chocolate Cake

List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry fruit filling
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 T margarine
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Instructions
- Combine chocolate cake mix, eggs and cherry filling.
- Mix until well-blended. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cake
- springs back when lightly touched. Frost w/following.
- Frosting:
- In a small pan, combine sugar, margarine and milk.
- Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
- Cook one minute. Remove from heat and stir in
- chocolate pieces until melted and smooth.
- Spread over cake.
Final Comments
Frosting is also GREAT as a fruit fondue for bananas, strawberries or pineapple!
