    List of Ingredients


    • 1-3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
    • Graham cracker crust
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2 T cornstarch
    • 1 1/2 cup water
    • 1 egg white
    • 1 or more quarts of strawberry, depending on size of
    • pie plate.


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
    2. Prepare crust as instructed on cracker box or have
    3. ready made one.
    4. Beat egg white with fork until foamy and spread over
    5. crust. This will prevent the crust from getting soggy
    6. with pie filling.
    7. Bake for 7 minutes, don't overbake.
    8. Slice strawberries.
    9. Filling: Put in saucepan sugar, cornstarch, and water.
    10. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
    11. Cook 2 minutes after boil or until clear.
    12. Add jello.
    13. Place strawberries in pie crust.
    14. Pour mixture over berries and cool in refrigerator.
    15. Slice and top off with whipped cream.
