List of Ingredients
- 1 stick melted oreo
- 1 can cream style corn, drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, as is
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix oleo, eggs and sour cream.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Add the 2 cans of corn and muffin mix.
- Bake in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish at
- 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.
