Tortillia Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin ground
- 1 can (8 oz. size) tomato soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter, diced up
- 2 eggs
- 1 can Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce (mild or hot)
- 1 pkg. (3 cup size) Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Corn tortillia, form into small pieces
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour into a well greased large casserole dish.
- cover with lid and bake.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Final Comments
Option: I like to add a pkg. of frozen corn and chopped up green pepper or even a jalapeno pepper for a more added flavor.
