    Mandarin Orange Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1- 11 oz. can mandarin orange slices with juice
    • 1 8oz. bowl Cool Whip
    • 1 large can crushed pineapple in juice
    • 1 3.5 oz. box INSTANT vanilla pudding


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together for 3 minutes with
      electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured
      13x9 pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

    2. Let cake cool and ice cake before serving.
    3. FOR THE ICING: Mix cool whip, crushed pineapple and
      vanilla pudding together. Store in refrigerator until
      ready to serve cake.
    4. Store any leftover cake in the refrigerator.
