Mandarin Orange Cake

List of Ingredients
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1- 11 oz. can mandarin orange slices with juice
- 1 8oz. bowl Cool Whip
- 1 large can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 3.5 oz. box INSTANT vanilla pudding
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together for 3 minutes with
electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured
13x9 pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
- Let cake cool and ice cake before serving.
- FOR THE ICING: Mix cool whip, crushed pineapple and
vanilla pudding together. Store in refrigerator until
ready to serve cake.
- Store any leftover cake in the refrigerator.
