    List of Ingredients


    • Any size roast
    • 1 pkg. Mrs. Grass Dry Onion Soup mix
    • 1 can mushroom soup
    • 1 cup red wine
    • salt & pepper , to taste
    • worchester sauce


    Instructions


    1. In roasting pan place roast and sprinkle worchester
    2. sauce. Using a fork to tenderize roast. Sprinkle
    3. salt and pepper to taste. Mix pkg. of onion soup,
    4. mushroom soup, and one cup of red wine.
    5. Pour over roast.
    6. Bake at 300-325 degrees for hours until tender
    7. (all afternoon)
