List of Ingredients
- Any size roast
- 1 pkg. Mrs. Grass Dry Onion Soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup red wine
- salt & pepper , to taste
- worchester sauce
Instructions
- In roasting pan place roast and sprinkle worchester
- sauce. Using a fork to tenderize roast. Sprinkle
- salt and pepper to taste. Mix pkg. of onion soup,
- mushroom soup, and one cup of red wine.
- Pour over roast.
- Bake at 300-325 degrees for hours until tender
- (all afternoon)
