Mexican Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast strips
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3 cups nacho chips
Instructions
- Microwave chicken strips for 6 minutes.
- Mix cream of chicken soup and tomatoes and chilies
in casserole dish.
- Stir in cooked chicken and coat.
- Layer 1/2 of nacho chips, chicken mixture, then 1/2
of cheese in container.
- Repeat layering with chips, chicken and cheese.
- Microwave 8-12 minutes until cheese is melted and hot.
Final Comments
An option is to crush nacho chips, olives, tomatoes, etc. on top.
