Baked Chicken Salad

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast - cut up
- 1 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato wedges or slices
- 1 1/2 cup crushed plain potato chips
Instructions
- Combine chicken, celery, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, lemon
juice, seasoning and enough mayonnaise to moisten
mixture. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish with lid
and top with tomato wedges. Bake for 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Top with remaining cheese and crushed
potato chips.
- Bake until chees melts.
