    Hutchingon Island Potato Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 medium redskin potatoes
    • 6 or 8 slices of bacon
    • small bunch green onions
    • 1 packet dray ranch dressing
    • mayo


    Instructions


    1. Cut up redskins.
    2. Cook but don't over cook.
    3. Cook bacon until crunchie
    4. Drain and cool
    5. Chop onions into small pieces
    6. Sprinkle Ranch Dressing on the redskins while still hot.
    7. Break bacon into small pieces.
    8. Mix the rest of ingredients to gether.
    9. Use mayo to your taste.
    10. Put in frig and chill.


    Final Comments


    Better if its left overnight.
