Hutchingon Island Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
- 6 medium redskin potatoes
- 6 or 8 slices of bacon
- small bunch green onions
- 1 packet dray ranch dressing
- mayo
Instructions
- Cut up redskins.
- Cook but don't over cook.
- Cook bacon until crunchie
- Drain and cool
- Chop onions into small pieces
- Sprinkle Ranch Dressing on the redskins while still hot.
- Break bacon into small pieces.
- Mix the rest of ingredients to gether.
- Use mayo to your taste.
- Put in frig and chill.
Final Comments
Better if its left overnight.
