    Strawberry Pretzel Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 2/3 cups pretzel crumbs
    • 3 T. sugar
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 sticks melted butter (not margarine)
    • 8 oz., cream cheese, softened
    • 9 oz. Cool Whip (regular, not lite)
    • 1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    • 2 cups boiling water
    • 2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen stawberries (not thawed)


    Instructions


    1. Combine and press pretzel crumbs,
    2. 3 T. of sugar and butter in 9x13 pan.
    3. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes.
    4. Whip 1 cup of sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip until
    5. light and spread on pretzels when crust has cooled.
    6. Mix together strawberry Jell-O, boiling water
    7. and frozen strawberries and pour over cheese mixture.
    8. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
