    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups shredded cabbage
    • 1 cup shredded carrots
    • 1 cup shredded apple
    • 1 can (20 oz.) pinapple tidbits (drained)
    • 1 celery rib, chopped
    • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges (drained)
    • 1/2 cup golden raisins
    • 1 carton (8 oz.) lemon yogurt
    • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
    • 1/2 tsp. salt.


    Instructions


    1. In large bowl combine, cabbage, carrots, apples, celery. pineapple, oranges and raisins.
    2. Add yogurt, walnuts & salt to cabbage mixture.
    3. Toss to coat.
    4. Serve immediately.
