    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb bag hash browns (southern style)
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1-8 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese shredded
    • 1 pint sour cream
    • salt-pepper
    • 1 1/2 stick butter
    • 1/2 cup onion
    • 2cups corn flakes (crushed)


    Instructions


    1. Thaw hash browns.
    2. Melt 1 stick butter on botton of 13x9 pan.
    3. In large bowl mix hash browns, soup, cheese, sour
    4. cream, salt-pepper, onion.
    5. Spoon into baking dish.
    6. Sprinkle corn flakes over potatoes.
    7. Pour 1/2 cup melted over all.
    8. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
