Cheesy Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb bag hash browns (southern style)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1-8 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 pint sour cream
- salt-pepper
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2cups corn flakes (crushed)
Instructions
- Thaw hash browns.
- Melt 1 stick butter on botton of 13x9 pan.
- In large bowl mix hash browns, soup, cheese, sour
- cream, salt-pepper, onion.
- Spoon into baking dish.
- Sprinkle corn flakes over potatoes.
- Pour 1/2 cup melted over all.
- Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
