Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 6 large sweet potatoes- boiled
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1can (8 1/4 oz. size) crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 crups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Boil sweet potatoes. When tender drain then mash
- 1/4 cup butter,sinnamon, salt, nutmeg and 1 cup
- of the brown sugar until smooth. Gradually add
- pineapple, beat until fluffy. pour into casserole
- dish. Stir 2 cups brown sugar, chopped walnuts
- and 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle on top of the sweet
- potatoes. Bake at 350 degres for 30 minutes.
