Steak with Salsa Verde

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons capers
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3 cornichons
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 1/2 pounds steak
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat broiler or grill to cook the steak
- Place cilantro and following ingredients through the garlic into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Salt and pepper the steak and broil or grill until desired doneness.
- Serve with the salsa verde, some toasted french bread and either a salad or veggies.
