    • 1 pkg. dry yeast
    • 2 c. warm water {100 degrees}
    • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    • 1/4 c. sugar
    • 1 large egg
    • 4 c. self-rising flour


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. With an electric mixer, combine butter and sugar, then add egg. Add yeast mixture and combine well. Gradually stir in flour until smooth. Pour into a greased, airtight 2 qt. bowl. Store tightly covered in fridge to rise overnight.
    2. The next day, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease miniature muffin tins. Spoon dough unto each muffin cup and bake rolls for 18-20 minuntes or until browned.
