    • German Chocolate Cake mix
    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • 1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
    • 1 1/4 c. water
    • 1/2 c. oil
    • 8oz. Cream Cheese
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 1 c. powder sugar
    • 4 tsp. vanilla
    • 12oz. cool-whip


    Instructions


    1. Mix cake mix, eggs, pudding, water and oil together until well mixed. Bake is 2-9" round cake pans. Follow directions on box for baking cake.
    2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, powder sugar and vanilla together until smooth; place in frigde overnight, then add 12oz. cool-whip.
    3. Trim cakes so they will be level. Icing both cakes then place on top of each other, then icing the sides.
