    • 2 Pkg. Pistachio instant pudding
    • 2 - 20 oz. can's crushed pineapple
    • 2 C. jet-puffed marshmallows
    • 1 C. Chopped Pecans
    • 8 oz. Cool-Whip


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry pudding, pineapple, marshmallow and pecans well. Stir in cool-whip. Refrigerate for 1 hr. Garnish with additional cool-whip and pecans.
