Smoked Chicken Fettuccini

- 8oz. uncooked fettucini, broken in half
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 6 sliced bacon
- 6 garlic cloved, peeled
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. half-n-half
- 2oz. smoked provolone cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Instructions
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Add peas to pasta; drain.
- Cut bacon into 1/2' pieces. Cook bacon in skillet over med. heat 8-10 minutes. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towel. Drain grease from skillet.
- Thinly slice garlic. Add garlic, onion and pepper to skillet. Cook over med. heat for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add pasta, peas, bacon, chicken, half-n-half, cheese pepper and salt to skillet; toss well to coat. Cook and stir over med. heat 8-10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and mixture is hot. Sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately.
