    Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 16 small red potatoes
    • 1 head roasted garlic
    • 1/2 stick butter
    • 1 C. heavy cream
    • 2 pinch's kosher salt
    • pepper, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Cut potatoes in half and place in a large pot.
    2. Add cold water to just cover the potatoes, then add one pinch of salt to the water.
    3. Bring the pot to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are just fork tender.
    4. Drain the water from the pot and add the roasted garlic, butter , heavy cream, second pinch of salt and pepper.
    5. Use a large fork and mash the potatoes by hand.
