    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 pound crab meat
    • 2/3 cup bread crumbs, buttered


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter and cook garlic until brown. Remove
      garlic. Cook onion and pepper until tender. Add
      flour and blend. Add milk and cook 5 minutes,
      stirring constantly. Add egg yolks, paprika, cayenne
      pepper, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice; cook 3
      minutes. Add crab meat and place in a greased baking
      dish or shells. Cover with bread crumbs and bake at
      350 degrees F. until brown.
