In my opinion, there is no other dressing worth eating than a good homemade Bleu Cheese one!





List of Ingredients



• 2 cups mayonnaise
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• 6 lg. cloves garlic, minced
  
• 1 cup buttermilk
  
• 6 green onions, chopped
  
• 8-10 dashes Worchestershire Sauce
  
• cracked black pepper
  
• 3 4oz pkgs bleu cheese
  






Instructions



1. Beat together all ingredients except bleu cheese, until smooth.
   
2. Add crumbled bleu cheese, and beat until as chunky or smooth as you like.
   
3. Makes 1 1/2 quarts
