Recipe Introduction
This salad is a delicious show stopper! Serves 15 people.
List of Ingredients
- 8 cups salad greens
- 3/4 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
- bacon bits ( optional )
- Dressing:
- 1 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 3-4 tsp. sugar
- 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss greens with onion, feta cheese, mushrooms, cranberries, toasted pecans and bacon bits.
- Mix dressing ingredients together in a glass container.
- Pour 1/2 of dressing on salad and toss together.
- Store other half of dressing in glass jar in a kitchen cabinet. DO NOT store dressing in the refridgerator! It keeps for weeks in the pantry.
