This is Tartar Sauce with a kick! Great with the Pan-fried Halibut Cheeks.





List of Ingredients



• 8 oz mayonnaise
  
• 1 tsp. minced garlic
  
• 1 TBSP minced onion
  
• 2 TBSP chopped dill pickle
  
• 1 tsp chopped capers
  
• 1 tsp dry basil
  
• 1 tsp dry parsley
  
• 1/2 tsp/ sugar
  
• 1 tsp lemon juice
  
• 1 tsp white Lee & Perrin
  
• 2 dashes of Tabasco
  
• salt & pepper to taste
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients. Chill. Serve
