Maple B-B-Cue Ribs

List of Ingredients
3 lb. pork spareribs
1 cup maple syrup
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp. each sesame seeds, white vinegar, Worcestershire® sauce
1 tbsp. chili sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. each salt, ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
Recipe
Heat oven to 350º F. (175º C). Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Place ribs, bone side down, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake at 350° F. 1 hour; drain.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake, uncovered, at 350° F. 30 - 45 minutes longer or until tender, basting occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
