    List of Ingredients





    2 cups flour
    1 tbsp. each sugar, baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
    enough melted butter


    Recipe




    Heat oven to 425º F. (215º C).
    Mix dry ingredients. Fold in heavy cream until it makes a soft dough. Turn out on a floured surface and pat to 3/4" thickness. Cut in rounds or squares, dip in melted butter, arrange in buttered pan. Bake 12 - 15 minutes. Serve hot.
