1 can (20 oz.) pineapple, divided (16 oz. for bread, 4 oz. for topping)
10-12 slices bread
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
Heat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Serve warm. Note: Take left over pineapple and mix it with cream cheese for perfect topping.
