    2 c Bisquick
    2/3 c Milk
    3 tb Sugar
    1 Egg
    2 c Apples:thinly sliced & pared
    2 tb Nuts -- chopped

    streusel topping
    2/3 c Bisquick
    2/3 c Brown sugar
    1 t Cinnamon
    1/2 ts Nutmeg
    1/4 c Margarine

    glaze
    1/2 c Powdered sugar
    2 tb Milk -- to 3 t milk

    Recipe





    Heat oven to 400. Grease 9 x 9 square pan.
    Mix baking mix, milk, sugar and egg; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread half of the batter in pan. Arrange apple slices on batter; sprinkle with half of the topping. Spread remaining batter over apple slices; sprinkle with remaining topping. Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake about 25 minutes, cool. Drizzle with glaze
    Topping: Combine dry ingredients, then cut in margarine.
